We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2025, at the age of 93, Ann L Dobell of Hornell, New York, born in Salamanca, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A Dobell Sr.; her parents, Edwin Sr. Mighells and Doris Mighells (Light); her siblings, Joyce Lorow (Donald), Edwin Sr. Mighells (Marylou) and James Mighells; her daughter Debra Mallery; and her grandchildren, Holly Sutton, Daniel Sutton Sr. and Jennifer Donovan.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Farnham (Joseph), Sherrie Swann (Douglas), Robert Jr. Dobell (Barbara), Susan Brown (Roy) and Thomas Dobell (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Jodi Amann, Carin, Joshua (Leanna), Charles (Heather), Jonathan and Casey Farnham (Luna).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home (6 Spruce St, Canisteo, NY 14823). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
