He was predeceased by: his father Wilson Fountain; his stepmother Myra Fountain; his mother Anita Fryzel; his stepfather David Fryzel; his siblings, Linda Allen and Victor Fryzel; and his niece Juanita Fountain.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fountain (Maynard); his siblings, Sandra Fountain, Dena Colburn and Michael Fryzel; and his children, Tony Fountain (Ruth), Andrew Fountain (Paige), Jenny Lopez (Juan) and Kris Fountain (Amanda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
