He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Chambers and Mary Chambers (Seibert); his wife Kathy Chambers; and his children, Kelly Chambers of Sebastian, FL and Jason Chambers (Shonna Wikel) of Avoca. He was also cherished by several siblings (who called him "Sonny"); nieces & nephews.

Blaine's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
