Cheryl Lynn Towner Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Cheryl Lynn Towner of Hornell, New York. Cheryl, born on December 13, 1960 in Corning, New York, passed away on July 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Gayhart and Donald Gayhart. She is survived by: her daughter Christina Roth (Nick); her daughter-in-law Alyssa Towner; her grandchildren, Collin Roth, Caleb Roth (Ariannah), Elijah Roth, Keegan Roth, Aubree Towner, Landon Towner and Lydia Towner; her sisters, Laurie Travis (Gary), Brenda Avery (Bob), Elizabeth Aquilina and Donna Collister (Donnie); her sisters-in-law, Cherylene Towner and Shirley Towner; her close friend Rebecca Meyers; and her husband Gary Towner Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
