He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hare and Alyce Mae Hare (Winney); and his siblings, Judy Duval and Raymond Hare. He is survived by: his wife Amaidi Hare; his sisters, Bonita Palka and Valerie Janci; and his friends, Doug Scott and Gary Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Doug's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to any animal shelter or to a charity of the donor's choice.
