He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Smith and Noritta Smith (Kennell); his siblings, Dean Smith and Diane Kubiak; his sister-in-law Mary Smith; and his former wife Brigette Smith.
He is survived by: his cousin Gerry Smith; his children, Rachel Smith (Adam) of Arkport, Andrew Smith (Juliet Berry) of Buffalo and Nick Smith (Raven) of Hornell; his siblings, Dwight Smith of Arkport, Jack Smith of New Church, VA, Dawn Sutfin (Charlie) of Hornell and Debbie Saam (Bill) of Fayetteville, NC; and his grandsons, Carson Smith and Callum Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
