He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward VanLeuvan and Lillian VanLeuvan (Stacey); and his sisters, Gloria Knapp, Helen Rumsey and Lillian Maurizzio.
He is survived by: his wife Judy VanLeuvan; his daughters, Brande Flaitz of Arkport and Aimee Parry (Christopher) of Hornell; and his grandson Tucker Flaitz of Arkport. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Ed's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Howard Volunteer Fire Department, 3622 County Route 70A, Avoca, NY 14809.
