She is survived by: her children, Robin Rideout of Hornell, Robert Rideout of Maryland, Edward Rideout of Hornell, Kimberly Kassay (Dan Congdon) of Hornell, Mildred Kassay of Hornell, Randi Parsell (Steve) of Port Orange, FL and Frank Powers (Michelle) of El Paso, TX; and her siblings, Maureen Palmer (Ronald) of Hornell, Francine Lemme (Dana) of Mt. Dora, FL and Frank Fogarty II (Cynthia) of Mt. Dora, FL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Ellen's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
