He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Notz and Mary Notz (Scharf); his siblings, John, William and Mary; his former wife Louise Hack Crain; and his girlfriend Barbara Bruns of Florida.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy (Tom Fagnan), Pamela (William Schwartz) and Judy Notz; his grandchildren, Lynnette Lawrence (Darryn DuShane), Bridgette DuChane (Chris), Bobby Eveland (Ashley), Tommy Eveland, Brittany Hite (Jessie) and Yvetta Schwartz; and his great grandchildren, Everett, Eli DuChane, Greyson, Memphis Eveland, Tyler, Adley Eveland, Parker, Jack Hite and Chase Schwartz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Bishop-Johnson & DeSanto Funeral Home - Hornell (285 Main St, Hornell, NY 14843). A committal service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bath National Cemetery.
