She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Panter; her children, Kelly Mullen (Todd) of North Hornell, Kristy Panter of Hornell, William Panter (Erin) of Rochester and Thomas Panter (Angela) of Stuarts Draft, VA; her siblings, Joseph Cullen of Bath, Robert "Bob" Cullen of Hornell, Patricia Kelleher of Hornell and Mary Margaret Cullen of Erwin, NY; her grandchildren, Xavier, Garrett, Katerina, Jaiden, Kylie, Isabella, Elison, Noah, Ethan, Jaxson, Evan, Kendal and Zachary; her great grandchild Ethilea Jo; and her friends, Sheila, Jay, Joe, Joanne, Donna and Tom. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
