She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Kay Hayes (Kristin Vanden Brul) of New York; her sister Bette Anne "Punky" Hayes (Arthur) of Angelica, NY.; and her parents, Kenneth Wolcott and Mildred Sierk Wolcott. She is survived by: her husband Donald Burr (Don); her children, Tim Hayes of Vermont, Lori Hayes of New York, Lisa Hayes of Pennsylvania, Jeffrey Burr (Kimberly) and Amanda McCumiskey of New York; her grandchildren, Rachel, Sophie Hayes, Amanda Burr, Mark, Alexandra and Sam McCumiskey; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Oliver, Alice Hadsell, Quinton and Mallory McCumiskey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mikie wished any contributions in her memory be made to the Allegany ARC or the Hart House, both in Wellsville, NY.
