He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Cady and Kelly Sanford of Hornell; his wife Kayla Mack (Cady); his daughters, Jemma Burrell Cady of Arkport and Harper Cady of Arkport; his sisters, Brandy Vandermallie (Bryan) of Arkport and Katie Quinlan (Mikel) of Canisteo; his grandparents, Philip, Eloise Sanford of Hornell, Milton Cady Jr. of Woodhull, NY and Carolyn Cady of Troupsburg, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Cole Stage, Alivia Vandermallie, Jeffery Vandermallie and Kylan Quinlan. He is also survived by aunts uncles and many cousins.
