He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Walsh and Aeriel Walsh; his siblings, Olivia, Havanna, Velora, Brogan, Gabriel and Augustine; and his grandparents, Diane Walsh of Hornell, Kelly Lawrow and John Lawrow of Hornell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.

Max's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Maternity Unit of Noyes Memorial Hospital, 111 Clara Barton St., Dansville, NY 14437.
