He is survived by: his wife Brittany Lynne; his children, Brittany, Nathaniel Charles Libertone Jr., Olivia Rey Libertone, Memphis Ernest Libertone, Yani, Yanis Michael Libertone and Grace Stafford; his grandson Nathaniel Charles Libertone Jr.; his close friends, Anthony Rocci, Nick Edwards and Stephanie Miller; his parent Paulita Parker; his father-in-law Karl Parker; his father Mark Libertone (Tammy Libertone); his grandfather Chuck Morris; his uncles, Luke Morris and Nathaniel; his sister Noel Routly; and his close friend Scott Kinney.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Canaseraga American Legion.
