It is with sadness that the passing of Scott D. Stephens (Hornell, New York) is shared. Scott, born on October 30, 1969, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Ken" Stephens and Margery "Marge" Stephens (Watkins); his daughter Erin Stephens; and his nephew Joshua Wing. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Brown; his children, Justin Kiblin (Allison) of Dansville, Bridget Stephens of Canaseraga and Anna Stephens of Canaseraga; his siblings, Kenneth Stephens, Jr. of Arkport, Kathryn "Katy" Wing (Patrick) of Canisteo and Erin Smith (Rick) of Dansville; his granddaughters, Kinsley, Vivian, Ashlyn and Blakely; his mother-in-law Janet; his aunt Judy Adams; and his uncle Jerry Stephens (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Scott's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
