She was predeceased by: her husband David J. Murphy; and her brother Chance Johnson. She is survived by: her parents, Roger Johnson and Judy Johnson (Sawyer) of Troupsburg, NY; her sons, Tyler Johnson of Hornell and Brody Murphy (Cindy) of Hornell; her stepdaughters, Dr. Erin Masaba (Oliver) of Pittsford and Kristen Sweezy (Andrew) of Wellsville; and her brother Terry Johnson of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Shana's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
