He was predeceased by: his son Matthew James Cady; his grandchildren, Leo Quinlan and Maci Lynn Cady; and his nephew David Michael Cady. He is survived by: his significant other Kelly Sandford of Hornell; his daughters, Brandy VanderMallie (Bryan VanderMallie) of Arkport, Katie Quinlan (Mikel Quinlan) of Canisteo and Kayla Cady of Arkport; his grandchildren, Cole Stage of Adrian, Jemma Burrell, Harper Cady, Alivia VanderMallie, Jeffery VanderMallie and Kylan Quinlan; his parents, Caralyn Cady of Troupsburg and Milton Cady Jr. of Woodhull; and his siblings, Michael Cady and Crystal Cady of Troupsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family members, and friends.
Tim's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
