He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Allen and Virginia Allen (Emery); his wife Geraldine Allen; his daughters, Andrea Allen and Lauren Bullis; and his brother Jeffrey Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Ann Allen of Elmira Heights, NY and Kenneth Allen of Montour Falls, NY; his grandson Andrew Bullis of Elmira, NY; and his sister Carole Pritchett.
