She was predeceased by: her parents, John Connelly and Dorothy Lepkowski Connelly. She is survived by: her husband Michael Kossmann; her daughter Lisa Guyer of Horseheads, NY; her grandchildren, John Guyer of Horseheads, NY and Megan Lawson; her great grandchild Camellia of Hershey, PA; her brother Jerry Connelly (Helen) of Punta Gorda, FL; her nieces, Kathy Carter of Fairport, NY and Debra Connelly of Santa Clara, CA; and her cousin Darlene "Winky" Generas (Otto) of Simsbury, CT..
