He is survived by: his children, Carrie and David Jr.; and his sisters, Yvonne Granger (Robert), Janet Lewis (Richard) of Elmira Heights, NY and Cheryl White (Patrick) of Cayuta, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
