He is survived by: his children, Heather Sands (Steve Ilnicki), Ashlee (Jacob VanCuren) and Kyle Sands; his daughter-in-law Melany Nelson of Elmira, NY; his daughter Alissa; his son-in-law Trevor Fusare of Horseheads, NY; his grandchildren, Zachary Sands, Annabelle, Ethan, Olivia VanCurren, Audrianna Sands, Leila Rounds, Rylin Sands, Dominic Sands, Alexandra Fusare and Tristan Fusare; his brother Jim Sands of Horseheads, NY; his close friend Marilyn Patno of Horseheads, NY; his daughter Andrea; his son-in-law Bill Bauman; his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Ryan and Brooke Bauman; and his great grandchild Gail Sands of Horseheads, NY. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
