He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Cruttenden and Clara Englehart Cruttenden; and his siblings, Duane Cruttenden (Ethel) and Gayle Kratzert (John). He is survived by: his sister Velma Coolidge (John); his significant other Constance Erway Cruttenden; his sons, Michael (Jacqueline), Jeffrey and Patrick Cruttenden (Joan); his friends, Gary and Lucille Smith; and his grandchildren, Kelly Cooper, Jennifer Mansaray, Cortney McBride, Matthew Cruttenden, Marissa Merrill, Steven Cruttenden and Laura Slone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
