We announce the death of James W. MacDougall (Horseheads, New York), who passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 58. James will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauren E. MacDougall and Leola A. MacDougall; and his brother-in-law Michael L. Sullivan. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara J. Sullivan of Alabama, Laura A. Sokolowski of Florida and John R. MacDougall of Millport, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
