John E. Wilson Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wilson and Damaris Evans Wilson; and his stepmother Florence B. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Swanson Wilson; his daughter Michelle Wilson Burtnick; his grandchildren, Emily and Katlyn; his son Scott Wilson (Erin); his granddaughter Madelyn; and his brother David Wilson (Charlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sullivan's Funeral Home (365 E Franklin St, Horseheads, NY 14845). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Matthew's Episcopal Church (408 S Main St, Horseheads, NY 14845).
