He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Casper; his children, Joseph B. Casper (Tara) of Tallahassee, FL, Benjamin J. Casper of Jacksonville, FL, Terra Peterson (Kevin) of Painted Post, NY, Jeffrey Hall (Kristy) of Clermont, FL and Katie Mitchell (Jake) of Elmira Heights, NY.; and his siblings, Wayne Casper (Jill) of Fredonia, WI, Mary Ann Wagner (Vern) of West Bend, WI, Ruth Wood of Savannah, GA, Theresa Smith of Merced, CA and Gloria Casper of Menomonee Falls, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
