He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Joy and Jeanne Joy; his siblings, Patricia Joy and Thomas; his sister-in-law Donna Joy; and his wife Genevieve V. Zelasko.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph Joy (Jane) and Marianne Briggs (Robert); his granddaughters, Katie Rosinski (Brian) and Brienne Michels (Ray); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Reese, Erin Rosinski, RJ and Genevieve Michels. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
