He is survived by: his wife Carol Coolbaugh; his daughters, Laurie Moore and Renee Utter (Tory); his grandchildren, Jordan Allen, Desiree Moore, Brady and Tyson Utter; his siblings, Ernie, Bob, Dave Coolbaugh, Anne Potter and Leona Hoogenboom (Jerry); and his in-laws, Jim (Roseann), Swarthout, Teddy, Gary and Duane Swarthout. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
