He is survived by: his parents, Donald Boehm, and Terri Boehm, Jr. (Cranmer); his daughter Hazel Grace Boehm; his sister Jennifer Weil; his grandmother Betty Cranmer; and his brothers, Daniel Sloat and Devin Schei.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. (279 Main St, Wellsburg, NY 14894). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elmira VFW (113 Keefe St, Elmira, NY 14904).
