She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Ellsworth (Kalbach) and Richard Ellsworth; and her sister Barbara Potter. She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Ellsworth, Betty Richardson and Fern Gray (James); and her brother-in-law Jeff Potter. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt Pleasant Cemetery (9405 NY-19, Houghton, NY 14744).
