He is survived by: his wife Karen "LaCarte" Kelley of Hudson Falls, NY; his son Howard Clayton Kelley Jr. (Val) of Queensbury, NY; his sister Kathleen Sweet (Brook Waters) of Hudson Falls, NY; and his aunt Lona. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
