He was predeceased by: his father Ronald E. O'Neil; and his son Connor Michael O'Neil. He is survived by: his father Jean O'Neil (LaBombard); his siblings, Kathy Trainor (Bob) of Argyle and Richard O'Neil (Lori) of Hudson Falls; and his siblings' children, Katie O'Neil, Ryan, Kamryn Trainor, Lucas O'Neil, Daniel O'Neil, Oliver Trainor and Reo Rainey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home (82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
