He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Clark Smith; his parents, George Smith Sr. and Ella Ackley Smith; and his brother George Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jason Smith (Ricci) and Cynthia Smith; his grandsons, Ryan and Connor; and his siblings-in-law, John Clark and Janice Smith. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
