He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dougher and Mary Dougher (Flannery); his significant other Katie VanTassell; and his children, Tara Dougher, Rebecca Yell and Wyman Yell.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Dougher (Sarah Tomlinson) of Queensbury, Jordan Dougher (Danielle Fisher) of Queensbury, Eric Yell of Hudson Falls, Warren Yell of Hudson Falls, John Yell of Hudson Falls, Peter Yell of Hudson Falls and Mary Beth Yell of Hudson Falls; his siblings, Nancy Raymond (Harvey) of Naples, Florida and James "Jimmy" Dougher (Marilyn) of Naples, Florida; his nieces, Theresa Holmes, Cara Beatman and Michele Trexler; and his pets, Bullet "Boo" and Charlie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren.
