Philion of Hudson Falls, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Hartwell and Marion M. Hartwell (LaRoe); her husband Donald Philion, Sr. of Mary's Church; her sons, Michael and Don Jr.; and her siblings, Jane Hoffman and George Hartwell.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Doerffel (Dave) of Loveland, CO, Susan Philion of Hudson Falls, Theresa Philion of Queensbury, Charles Philion (Bill Gardy) of Albany and Jeanne Philion-Nichols (Brian) of Queensbury; her grandchildren, Katherine Lee (Justin), John Doerffel (Katelynne), Elizabeth Nichols-Derryberry (Grafton), Patrick Nichols and Nathan Philion; her great grandchildren, Maxwell and Isabelle Lee; her brother Alfred Hartwell of Gansevoort; her siblings-in-law, Richard and Patricia Philion of Schenectady; and her caregivers, Liliana, Mia, Ari, Heather, Sara, Tammy, Lori, Tammy D., Rebecca and Peyton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
