Carol M. DeVoe Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol M. DeVoe of Hudson, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Carol's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Carol has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Riley DeVoe; her son David; and her brother Louis D'Ambro, Jr.. She is survived by: her son James; her daughter-in-law Debra DeVoe of Stillwater; her daughter Colleen; her son-in-law Timothy Hems of Stillwater; her grandchildren, James Riley DeVoe III, Morgan Hems, Madison Hems and Maxwell Hems; and her siblings, Mary Ann Shovah and Anthony D'Ambro. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
