James left this world on July 8, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, James D Hogan, and Helen Hogan, Sr. (Mollack); and his wife Arlene Hogan (Akins). He is survived by: his children, Karen Nabozny (Paul) of San Diego, CA, J. Patrick Hogan (Linda) of Ghent, NY and Daniel Hogan of Bradenton, FL; his grandsons, Christopher Scheff of Bellmore, NY, Cory Hogan (Darci) of Sarasota, FL and Daniel Hogan (Lyndsey) of Bradenton, FL; and his great grandchildren, Camdynn Oliveah Hogan, Shaelyn Jo Hogan, Nataliya Hyatt (PJ), Aubriana Riozzi and Jaxyn Meyre. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elks Club.
