The passing of James L. Williams in Hudson, New York, born in Montgomery, Alabama leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 21, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bettye J. Crawford Williams and Mack Williams; and his brothers, Willie James and Gregory Williams. He is survived by: his children, James Darnell, Macklenn D. of Phillip, M. L., Delvon J. and Anyata R.; and his siblings, Bettye "RBow" Williams, Maxine Warner, Patricia Slaughter, Renee Williams, Emily Williams (Joseph), Roger Harris, Albert Ellis (Teresa) and Darwin Williams (Bridget). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (14 Warren St, Hudson, NY 12534). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
