She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Kussius and Edna Kussius; and her daughter Cindy Lee Gargano. She is survived by : her husband LeRoy "Lee" Cook; and her sons, Scott Cook of Stillwater and Christopher Cook (Angel) of Providence, NY. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
