He is survived by : his wife Lisa G. Noonan (Rubin); his daughter Heather J. Noonan; his parents, Robert Noonan and Barbara Noonan; and his brothers, Robert Noonan Joseph Noonan (Jamie) and William Noonan (Mari). He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.

“I am so sorry about the loss of John. He was my best freind when we were kids and even though we lost touch I always thought of him. When I moved to another congregation he came with me to ease the transition. I know I will see him again in the new world where we all will be perfect. He is in Jehovah's Memory he made it.
