He was predeceased by : his parents, George Fredette and Mabel Baron Fredette; his wife Joan Sheehan Fredette; and his brother George Fredette. He is survived by : his sons, John R. Fredette Jr. (Jenifer) of Waterford and Timothy W. Fredette (Jeanie) of Cohoes; his siblings, William Fredette (Shirley) of Waterford, Mary Clark and Joyce Dereski; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Amber and Alexis Fredette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
