With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael J. VanVoorhis in Hudson, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" VanVoorhis and Virginia Hoyt VanVoorhis. He is survived by: his stepmother Dorothy "Dot" Hughes VanVoorhis; his siblings, John (Gloria), Robert (Linda), Karen, Lynn (Tom), Raymond (Janice) and Patrick (Martha); his significant other Patricia Costello McNamee; his children, Ryan McNamee, Kate McNamee and Kelly McNamee Baccomo (Dennis Baccomo); his grandchildren, Riana McNamee, Gwyneth, Jacob and Natalie Baccomo; and his great grandchild Jaxon Caetano. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
