She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Lewis and Virginia Williams; her husband Frank Ellsworth; and her daughters, Janice Ellsworth, Deborah Bell and Virginia Dermody.
She is survived by: her children, Fran Ellsworth, Dorrie Lewis, Frank Ellsworth Jr. Robin Starr and Sierra Starr; and her caregiver Robert Mergendahl. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wiltwyck Rural Cemetery (205 W O'Reilly St, Kingston, NY 12401).
