He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Volk and Jean Beardsley Volk; and his brothers, Gerald "Jerry" Volk and John "Jack" Volk. He is survived by: his sisters, Phyllis Swackhamer (Gary) of Hornell and Judy Heers (Richard) of Immokalee; Joel Stroud. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
