He is survived by: his wife Dolores Chimato Ruoff; his sister Marie Ruoff Weber; his daughters, Jessica Ruoff Freund and Rebecca Ruoff Quine; his grandsons, Ben Freund, Sam Freund, Adam Quine and Matt Quine; his stepchildren, Korisa Mullenix (David) and Paul Chimato (Lori); and his stepgrandchildren, Phoenix, Andrea, Ashley and Paul. He is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren.
