He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sliwkoski and Mary Sliwkoski. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his brother David (Joan); his brother-in-law Daniel; his nieces and nephews, Scott (Karen), Kristie (Scott) and Jeryl (Mike); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Haley, Eric, Michael, Justin, Rachel, Allison, Kyle, Brian and Kevin; his niece Julia; his nephews, Dylan and Ian; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Bennett.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Isles Yacht Club (18 Sullivan St, Punta Gorda, FL 33950).
