He is survived by: his wife Karry; his sons, Michael, Brian and Anthony; the mother of his children Lisa Felix; his stepdaughters, Lindsey (Ernie III) and Bryanna (Ryan); his parents, Hector Felix and Santa Delgado; his brother Javier Felix (Clarissa); his siblings' children, Javier Jr. and Krystal Felix; his sister Jackie Felix-Torres; his siblings' children, Elizabeth, Eric and Chris Torres; and his grandchildren, Ernie IIII and Alaina.
