He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Alexander and Mary Helen Alexander (Jones); and his siblings, Frank, Billy, Tommy, Jimmy, Kay and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his partner Fran Ellsworth of Hurley; his sons, Zach Ellsworth of Kingston and Jay Ellsworth of Kingston; and his brother Paul "Dean" Alexander. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
