He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Harkin and Hazel Harkin; and his wife Ruth. He is survived by : his sons, Steven (Dayleen) of Vancouver, WA and William (Connie) of Cottekill, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jennifer, Kyle and Daniel.
