She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lapp Sr. and Dorothy M. Poole; her stepson John M. Decker; her great grandchild Ebony; and her siblings, Charles W. Lapp Jr. and Patricia Brieta.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Decker; her daughters, Linda Kleingardner (Lewis), Danielle Decker (Mike) and Thomas MacPherson (Kerri); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Michelle, Michael, Jaimie, Casie, Courtney, Thomas, Brittiany, Brianne and Shane. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
