He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert Griffin and Roy Johnson; and his great-grandparents, Betty Dubois and Rose Griffin. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Johnson and Rebecca Griffin Johnson; his sisters, Janae Hendricks-Johnson and Jaelynn Johnson; his grandmothers, Judy Griffin and Adrianna Johnson (Nanna); his nephew Amir; his niece Alena; his pet Bynxx; Paco and Lola. He is also survived by many great aunts and great uncles, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
In honor of Alijah's love for animals and community, his family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to a local animal rescue organization or youth programs supporting music, sports, or mentorship, causes that reflect his spirit of compassion, creativity, and generosity.
